Due to the pandemic we have made changes to serve you better and to comply with government guidelines.
We now have pick up lock boxes, located outside the entrance. You will be sent a code and box number once you have scheduled a pick up time and date. Pick up times will be available during business hours Only. If you missed your scheduled pick up time or if you scheduled a time that is outside our business hours, you will be sent a message to reschedule your pick up time and date.
It is important to schedule your pick up time and date so that we have a lock box available to you. Lock boxes are limited so please schedule as soon as possible.
Locks and boxes are sanitized before and after each use.
Instructions for using Lock Box
1. locate your lock box number.
2. Make sure lock is flat facing you. You will see the word Front displayed, this will ensure that the lock is on the correct side.
3. Enter 4 digit code. Use the combination dials to turn numbers to align with the line indicator that is located between the number dials. If code is entered correctly, you will be able to unlock the lock and retrieve your order.
The lock can be placed back on the latch or placed inside the box.
